Volunteers work in the Otavalo region and stay a short distance from the school where they do volunteer work. We do our best to place you at a destination of your choice, but cannot guarantee this.

What are your duties?

you assist the local teachers and teach in primary and secondary schools.
Proposing and introducing new pedagogical methods .
You will organize dance classes in the community for individuals and groups.
Learning different dance techniques.
Demonstrate dances in front of the group to effectively teach students new movements.

We teach from Monday to Friday, the number of hours depends on the time of year but you are allowed aannImagine that you teach an average of 5 hours a day.
