Volunteers work in the Otavalo region and stay a short distance from the school where they do volunteer work. We do our best to place you at a destination of your choice, but cannot always guarantee this. During the weekend and days off you can of course always go to Otavalo.

What are your duties?

Volunteers assist the local teachers and teach in primary and secondary schools. Proposing and introducing new pedagogical methods.
Volunteers can also be brought in to teach English to the community in public places and community centers. In this way we will improve the level of the English language within the community.

schedule

We teach from Monday to Friday, the number of hours depends on the time of year but you are allowed aannImagine that you teach an average of 5 hours a day.
